A grant seeker is already accepted at a college, or technical school, and the majority of NEED recipients complete their education. NEED scholars have attended over 650 different colleges and schools. Since it began, NEED has helped over 18,000 young people.
A NEED alumni association was formed to help raise funds and to mentor inner city students. NEED Alumni can be found from Maine to California. We are using this Web page to locate them and to create a national NEED alumni network. If you are a former NEED recipient or know someone who is, please
e-mail us or contact us at this fax number (412) 471-6643
