NEED announces dates for free Line-by-Line FAFSA Workshops

 Workshop facilitators will assist students and families in completing the vital form necessary to qualify for federal and state tuition assistance

 Prospective college students interested in qualifying for federal and state higher education tuition assistance via the critical FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form can take advantage of free local workshops being offered by NEED’s college access program in early 2013.

 Line-by-Line FAFSA Workshops will be held at various locations throughout the city. The workshops will be facilitated by trained and knowledgeable NEED college access advisors. This will assist parents and students in correctly completing the form.

• Parents that plan to send their child on in the HBCU Tour must attend the mandatory orientation meetings. Meetings information can be obtained from the NEED office.
