Programming Robotics Simulators:
Students will learn programming techniques on how to use state of the art, real world, 3D Robotics simulators. These simulators have walking, dancing, robots, drones, and even self-driving cars. Skill building, benchmark lessons will serve as building blocks for future projects and competitions
Remote Programming of Real World Robots:
In later sessions, students will also program and control Mecanno robots. Meccanos are four foot robots that students have built during in person classes over prior years.
During the pandemic, we have connected them up to the internet so students can control the robots remotely from the safety of their own homes or classrooms. Students will form teams to program the Meccanos to move, pick up objects, and even dance.
